Return Policy for Vintage Euro Parts
- Returns will need to be made within 30 days from date of purchase
- Returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. This applies to all returns.
- Exchanges are possible for an item or items that will equal the original cost of the item being exchanged. Restocking fees are not applied for Exchanges.
- Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect unused condition. This means the same condition as received with no additional markings for attempted installation.
- Used Parts Are Not Able to Be Returned. Please Inspect Pictures Carefully as They Are Sold as is and Sold as Pictured.
- Items that are sent in without approval or notice will not be accepted and be rejected as return to sender.
- Buyers will need to cover shipping costs to our store and return shipping.
- Please note that handling time for online orders is 3-5 business days. Once your order ships you will be notified with the tracking number via email. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery depending on your shipping address.
- Our daily shipping cut off is 12pm PST. If your order is placed after 12pm PST, your package will be picked up the next business day.
